Gear Shaft
Gearbox primary and secondary shafts generally require 2 or 3 straightening points with checking of gear pitch diameter by means of a Master Gear, with high mechanical and metrological accuracy.
Steering Rack
Steering racks require up to 6 straightening points. Through special measurement systems and software algorithms, workpiece measurement is 100% guaranteed on the toothed portion either round or Y-shaped.
Axle Shaft
Straightening is very fast; it requires 2/3 straightening points for flanged shafts and 3/4 straightening points for shafts without flange.
Drive Shaft
Straightening is very fast; it requires 2/3 straightening points. Machine size depends on the section and length of parts.
Camshaft
Straightening can be performed on forged, finished or tubular shafts where cams are clamped. Generally, up to 6 straightening points are required.
